Strawberry Smoothie (Single Serving)
Hey all you Savvy Naturalista’s! Today were making an easy Strawberry Smoothie, single serving style! I know it’s been a while since I have created any food recipes. I was super excited about Strawberry season and just had to do a video for you!! This will be my second strawberry recipe for the season and this is one of my favorite smoothie recipes. It’s less than 150 calories (111 calories, to be exact) and will curb your cravings, did I mention it’s all natural and vegan. If you want to add maple syrup or honey just add 60 calories to the recipe and skip the stevia! I added about 1 cup and half of frozen strawberries to the smoothie if you would like to add more it may up the calories of your smoothie just a bit. Not all that much, but your carbs will go up. This smoothie is perfect if you’re looking for a snack to get you through lunch or dinner. You can also add protein powder and other boosters, but remember you will be adding more calories.
I really hope you enjoyed Strawberry Smoothie (single serving style) recipe for DIY Saturday and in case you missed last week’s episodes!
