It all started with Halloween and I just couldn’t put down the cookies or candy after that. I must admit with all the savory and sweet treats. I did over indulge during the season and put on a few pounds. Did any of you have the same problem?

Pumpkin and Cranberry Smoothie I don’t feel guilty about the weight gain at all. That’s because I did a lot of cardio and yoga (still attempting my handstand)! Now it’s time to clean up my diet and get back to eating balance and nutritious meals. I am not saying it’s going to be easy but I am determine to shed some holiday weight.

Pumpkin and Cranberry Smoothie I still have a few bags of cranberries left and some left over pumpkin puree. The best way to add veggies and fruits to your diet is drinking smoothies. This was a refreshing treat, the tartness of the berries and the flavor of the pumpkin make this smoothie a delightful meal.
